RV Slabs in Phoenix, AZ

Arizona is known for the many snow birds and travelers that come throughout the state. When people make their travel down to valley, many also bring along their RV's to explore around the different sites. In between their travels, RV's are left to sit and get dirty on the side of their home. With an RV slab it will keep the RV clean with no more dirt to sit in. The slab will also create easy access to and from the backyard. People that also travel by toy haulers can also store their trailers on the side of their home using a RV slab. When not traveling, the slab can make it easy to get up and go on a spontaneous camping trip having your camper on the side of your home. If you are interested in having a RV slab installed by Monroy Construction, call us today at 602-850-5114 or email us at estimates@monroyconstruction.com!

Extended/additional Driveways in Litchfield Az

Today we poured an additional driveway on a home to a satisfied customer. They owned multiple cars and did not have the space to park them all. They had to use the street in front of their home leaving little space for their neighbors and guests. Many HOA's do not allow cars to be parked on the street for more than 2-3 days. With this problem, the customer decided to have Monroy Construction come out to pour new concrete for more space. The new concrete allows the homeowner to park their multiple cars on the side of their home and still leave space on the street for neighbors or any guest to park. The new driveway not only adds space but adds accessibility to the backyard without walking in rocks and dirt. With the finished work, the customers and neighbors are happy! If you are interested in having concrete poured, call us today at 602-850-5114 or email us at estimates@monroyconstruction.com.

Cleaning Concrete Surfaces

Tired of pulling up to a stained driveway? Well here is a way to clean your concrete! Who would've guessed your everyday Ultra Dawn Dish soap, full strength scrub could be used for more than washing dishes? Well, if you pour the dish soap on the the effected area and let it sit for 10-15 minutes and rinse it thoroughly it should come out. If this doesn't do it, make a poultice of Dawn (full strength) and either ordinary Talc or Fullers Earth to about the consistency of wet toothpaste. Then spread it on the oil stained area and cover it with plastic overnight. Next day, scrub it good and rinse thoroughly and your concrete should be good to go! These are just two helpful tips to get the stains out of your concrete. If you would prefer having a professional come out to your home and clean it, then finding a nearby pressure washing company will also help get those stains out of your concrete!

Concrete steps for lawns in Phoenix, Arizona

Getting tired of people walking on your grass? The best answer to fix that problem is getting concrete steps. It will create a pathway to lead people to the other side of your lawn without stepping on your grass and tearing it up. Unlike portable, stone steps people use in their yard, these steps will not wabble and move around when you step on them and can last a long time. Monroy Construction can personalize the shapes and placement of the steps to fit your yard the way you want. For more info or questions please call 602-850-5114 or email us at estimates@monroyconstruction.com.
